Uranium in the Kurupung Batholith has the geological characteristics of a class of sizeable deposits known as “albitite-hosted" uranium, many of which contain resources in the 50 to 130 million pound range and comparable grades around 0.1% U3O8, including Canada’s Michelin, Australia’s Valhalla and Brazil’s Lagoa Real deposits1. We are focused on expanding our pipeline of mineralized structures that could add significantly to our resource base and illustrate that the Kurupung uranium system could be of comparable size to peer deposits.
