- Owner & operator of private mine that is the USA’s only commercial sapphire producer, along with gold from gravel that is similar to the host of uranium and vanadium at U3O8 Corp.’s Laguna Salada Deposit in Argentina.

- Recipient of PDAC’s Thayer Lindsley International Discovery Award – 2008

- Northern Miner’s Mining Man of the Year – 2008

- Involved in eight M&A transactions with a total value of $10 billion including the sale of Australia’s Normandy Mining to Newmont; the merger of FNX Mining with Quadra Resources; the sale of Gold Eagle Mines to Goldcorp; and the sale of Aquiline Resources to Pan American Silver after the discovery of the massive Navidad silver deposit in Argentina;

- Headed up Investor Relations (IR) at Normandy Mining & subsequently at Toronto-based FNX Mining during the discoveries in Sudbury that took the Company from junior explorer to a producer with a multi-billion dollar market cap;

- Holds a ICD.D designation from Institute of Canadian Directors.

- Was President of Waymar Resources which made a gold discovery in Colombia and subsequently merged with Orosur Mining that has an operating gold mine in Uruguay;

- Pablo lives in Argentina.

-Over 37 years in design, development, project management and operations of metallurgical processing facilities in Africa, Canada and Australia

-Oversaw design and operations of new, state-of-the-art uranium recovery plants using both Alkaline leach (Langer Heinrich, Namibia) and resin-in-pulp technologies (Kayelekera, Malawi) while General Manager- Technical Project Development at Paladin Energy

-Experienced in the development and optimisation of metallurgical processes for recovering base metals, precious metals, uranium, vanadium, rare earths and industrial minerals

- Target generation & exploration of the giant gold-uranium deposits of the Witwatersrand Basin in South Africa;

- Led the exploration teams that:
• Discovered the 3.3 million ounce Quimsacocha / Loma Larga gold deposit in Ecuador (also contains 23 million ounces of silver);

• Increased the gold reserve at the Las Cristinas deposit in Venezuela by 65% from 10.2 million ounces to 16.8 million ounces;

• Discovered a belt of porphyry copper deposits in Ecuador. Resources are: 23 billion pounds of copper & 4 million ounces of gold in the Mirador, Panantza & San Carlos deposits.
