Driller at Aricheng North
The majority of uranium at Aricheng North occurs in a northeast-trending shear zone breccia in granodiorite in the Kurupung Batholith. Mineralization is associated with an albite-chlorite-hematite mineral assemblage. Drilling has delineated uranium mineralization over a 1.2 kilometre long sector of the structure to a maximum depth of approximately 190 metres below surface. The mineralized structure dips approximately 75º to the northwest, and varies in width from 1.5 metres to 22 metres. The deposit remains open along strike and at depth.
